Job Title: Associate Manager, Customer Service Sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Associate Manager to lead our Customer Service Sales team at Olympus Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational efficiencies, managing team performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the daily activities of the Customer Service Sales team to achieve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, productivity, and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve processes, and enhance customer experience.
  • Coach and mentor team members to develop their skills and abilities.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer service sales or a related field.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in team management and development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze data and drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with adaptability and flexibility.
