Job Title: Production Supervisor - Assembly

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at Sound Design Technologies Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the assembly process and ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands
  • Plan and coordinate the assembly process to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime
  • Communicate technical information and solutions to team members and stakeholders
  • Coordinate training and development programs for team members
  • Supervise a team of 11-15 labourers in processing, manufacturing, and utilities
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
