Job Title: Chief Human Resources Officer

Stonewood Group Inc. is seeking a seasoned Chief Human Resources Officer to lead our HR function and drive business growth through strategic talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement.

About the Role

The Chief Human Resources Officer will be responsible for designing and implementing HR strategies that align with our company's vision and mission. This includes developing and executing talent management programs, leading organizational design and change management initiatives, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that drive business growth and improve employee engagement
  • Lead talent management programs, including recruitment, retention, and development initiatives
  • Design and implement organizational design and change management initiatives to drive business transformation
  • Foster a culture of innovation and excellence through employee engagement and development programs
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement business strategies that align with our company's vision and mission
  • Manage HR operations, including employee relations, benefits, and compensation
  • Develop and implement HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in HR leadership, with a focus on talent management, organizational development, and change management
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through HR strategies and initiatives
  • Strong business acumen and ability to collaborate with senior leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams
