Job Summary:

The Collision Center Manager is a key leadership role at Assured Automotive, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business success. As a Store Operations Leader, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Collision Center, ensuring seamless execution of our WOW plan and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and insurance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the annual and monthly operating budget for the Collision Center.
  • Forecast, target, and track monthly sales, profit, and expense objectives.
  • Deliver formal annual performance reviews and informal monthly performance reviews.
  • Monitor and maintain all accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R) related to the Collision Center.
  • Ensure a clean and organized repair facility at all times.
  • Monitor and maintain all maintenance required for shop equipment, including the paint booth.
  • Provide training for staff as needed.
  • Ensure staff wear proper safety gear and adhere to dress code.
  • Open and close the facility daily according to established procedures.
  • Conduct or coordinate daily production meetings/walks to confirm throughput and delivery dates.
  • Manage all estimates to ensure labor mix is within established standards.
  • Lead and manage repair facility personnel.
  • Facilitate monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings.
  • Attend monthly managers meetings.
  • Attend training, information sessions, and workshops recommended by Senior Leadership Team.
  • Store CSI performance review and follow-up within 24 hours.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent.
  • Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.

Skills/Abilities:

  • Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to consistently demonstrate a successful client experience.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to motivate others using effective coaching tools and management skills.
