Job Title: Virtual Digital Marketing Director

Centra Windows is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Director to lead our digital marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that drives conversions and optimizes performance across various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy that aligns with business goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team of digital marketing professionals and provide strategic direction and guidance.
  • Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools to track performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies that enhance conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, creative, and data teams, to ensure integrated and effective digital marketing strategies.
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEMRush, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and CRM systems.
  • Proven ability to drive conversions and optimize performance across various digital channels.
  • Strong analytical skills to leverage data for performance improvements.
