Job Title: HVAC (Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning) Mechanics Foreman/Woman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Mechanics Foreman/Woman to join our team at 1370748 B.C. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of HVAC technicians and ensuring the efficient operation of our heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction. The work site will be outdoors, with exposure to various weather conditions, and may involve working at heights. The candidate must be able to work in a noisy environment and be physically fit to perform the duties of the job.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of HVAC technicians to ensure the efficient operation of our heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects and ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the work site is safe for employees and customers.
  • Diagnose faults in HVAC systems and recommend repairs or replacements as necessary.
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to employees and customers.
Requirements
  • Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic Trade Certification.
  • Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic Red Seal Certificate.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • CPR Certificate.
  • Gas Fitter Certificate - Level 2 or B.
  • Valid driver's licence.
