Job Title: Recruitment Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Officer to join our team at Stafingo Inc.

Job Summary

The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, and advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them.
  • Prepare and post notices and advertisements to attract top talent.
  • Screen and evaluate applicants to ensure they meet the requirements of the role.
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
  • Review candidate inventories and make recommendations for hiring.
  • Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers.
  • Provide guidance on staffing policies and procedures to employees and managers.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment software.
Working Conditions

The Recruitment Officer will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.

Language

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work

35 hours per week.
