Fairmont Gold Supervisor

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fairmont Gold Supervisor to join our team at Fairmont Hotel Macdonald. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our discerning guests and ensuring that their stay with us is nothing short of unforgettable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm, anticipated service to exceed the needs and expectations of our guests.
- Perform all front desk duties, including check-in/check-out procedures, auditing, and reporting.
- Set up and break down food and beverage presentations in the lounge.
- Assist guests with food and beverage menu items and provide exceptional concierge information.
- Ensure the arrival and departure experience of all guests is seamless.
- Track and follow up on guest issues to ensure service recovery.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of previous Front Desk supervisory experience in a large hotel.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent knowledge of Micros-Opera PROPERTY Manager, Word, and Excel.
- Previous working experience in Royal Service and/or dealing with guest recovery.
- Graduate of Hotel Management or Hospitality program an asset.
