About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Window Cleaning Specialist to join our team at Western CML Cleaners Ltd. As a key member of our facility maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our clients' windows and glass surfaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate cleaning equipment and machinery to clean windows and other glass surfaces
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and ensure their satisfaction with our services
  • Work at heights and in confined spaces to access and clean windows and other glass surfaces
  • Use suspended access equipment and working at heights training to ensure safe and efficient work practices
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners, power sweepers, and pressure washers to clean windows and other glass surfaces
  • Provide cleaning services for industrial equipment, window coverings, and windows
  • Travel to client sites to provide cleaning services and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Work in a physically demanding environment and lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) to perform tasks
  • Use safety equipment and gear, including steel-toed safety boots, to ensure a safe working environment
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly
  • Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and ability to stand for extended periods
  • Dependability, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment
  • Client focus, reliability, and ability to provide exceptional customer service
