About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to join our team as Vice President - Health, Education, Social and Community Services and Membership Organizations. This is a permanent position that requires a strong background in leadership, strategic planning, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve strategic objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of senior staff to achieve departmental goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with regional, divisional, and departmental teams to achieve organizational objectives
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, and delegate representatives as needed
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, and formulate and approve promotional campaigns
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 people and provide guidance and support as needed
Requirements
  • 5 years or more of experience in a leadership role
  • Strong background in health, education, social services, and community development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
