Guest Services Manager

The role of the Hotel Front Desk Supervisor involves overseeing the daily operations of the front desk and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of a college or CEGEP program, or a non-university certificate or diploma lasting 1 to 2 years.
- Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role.
This position is situated within a hotel, motel, or resort setting.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate activities across various departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Establish work schedules and procedures for staff.
- Perform duties similar to those of the team members supervised.
- Prepare and submit operational reports.
- Address work-related issues, provide technical guidance, and recommend strategies to enhance productivity and service quality.
- Assist guests with special requirements to ensure their comfort.
- Assign, review, and manage the workload of team members.
- Maintain the functionality of computer systems and equipment, coordinating repairs as necessary to support business continuity.
- Order materials and supplies as needed.
Supervise a team of 5-10 individuals.
Technical SkillsProficient in MS Outlook and other relevant technologies.
Safety and SecurityMust undergo a criminal record check.
