Culinary Operations Supervisor

Desha Brar Restaurant Ltd is seeking a dedicated Culinary Operations Supervisor to oversee our food service team and ensure exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry
This position is based in a dynamic restaurant setting, where you will be responsible for managing a team and maintaining high standards of food quality and service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective work schedules
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff
- Train new employees on job responsibilities, hygiene, and safety protocols
- Assess and estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation
- Recruit and hire food service personnel
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service
- Prepare financial budgets and cost projections
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Maintain comprehensive records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste
- Compile and submit operational reports
- Oversee the assembly of food trays
- Monitor the delivery of food services
- Establish and manage work schedules for staff
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 individuals.
Safety and SecurityA basic security clearance is required for this position.
