Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled General Manager to lead our trucking operations at Khanna Transport Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing financial and administrative controls, and formulating policies and programs to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal awareness and ability to work in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage a large workload
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload and will be required to represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions.
