Position: Account Director, OEM Client Services

Role Overview:

The Account Director is tasked with nurturing and expanding relationships with key OEM strategic partners. This position demands a blend of strategic vision, business growth initiatives, and effective project oversight to strengthen partnerships.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Establish and sustain relationships with pivotal OEM stakeholders
  • Offer strategic guidance for OEM platform development
  • Oversee daily account management, including performance reporting and analysis
  • Facilitate project coordination and product offerings with internal teams
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for designated partners and product lines
  • Identify and promote business development prospects
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance platform efficacy
  • Guarantee exceptional process delivery to OEM clientele
