Armstrong Top Pack is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and payable, invoicing clients, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Operations: Manage accounts receivable and payable, including processing invoices and payments.
- Accounting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and spreadsheets.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the accounting team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to resolve any financial or administrative issues.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in accounting or a related field is an asset.
- Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, spreadsheet software, and word processing software.
- Language: Fluency in English.
