We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to fill the position of Front Desk Agent at our resort. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a seamless experience during their stay.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the resort's amenities, services, and activities to answer guest inquiries. :
  • Manage guest reservations, check-ins, and check-outs with accuracy and efficiency. :
  • Maintain and balance the daily cash float to ensure financial accuracy. :
  • Conduct daily key inventory to prevent loss or theft. :
  • Resolve guest concerns and diffuse difficult situations in a professional and courteous manner. :
  • Clean guest rooms as needed to maintain a high level of cleanliness and quality. :
  • Follow direction from supervisors and contribute to a positive and productive team environment. :
