Technical Support Supervisor Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Supervisor to join our team at Caliph Digital Ltd. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior technical support staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to ensure our clients receive the best possible support.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux, HTML editing software, Salesforce, JavaScript, MS Office, and PHP.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
