Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Adroit Security. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Be the point of contact for emergency situations and handle them in a professional and efficient manner.
- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to management.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of security personnel.
- Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Establish work schedules and procedures.
- Security Guard License.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
This is an on-the-road job with a permanent employment contract. The working hours are 35 hours per week, and the language of work is English.
