About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at Nailfits Studio Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Coordinate Work

Plan and organize the daily operations of the nail salon, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Client Service and Support

Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Emergency Response and Crisis Management

Act as the primary point of contact in emergency situations, responding promptly and effectively to resolve issues.

Quality Control and Monitoring

Oversee the quality of nail services, ensuring that they meet the highest standards and are delivered in a timely manner.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Supervise the cleaning and maintenance of the nail salon, including the upkeep of equipment and machinery.

Reporting and Record-Keeping

Prepare and submit regular reports on salon operations, including progress updates and other relevant information.

Staff Training and Development

Train and develop the skills of nail technicians, ensuring that they are equipped to provide exceptional service to clients.
