Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 1127244 B.C. LTD.
Job Summary:The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data and make recommendations to improve sales performance, maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and that products are properly displayed.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, maintaining accurate records and files.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
- Work Setting: Relocation costs covered by employer, retail business, willing to relocate, on-site customer service, gas bar.
- Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, manual dexterity, attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, dependability, initiative, judgement, ability to multitask.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines.
