About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Treatment Coordinator to join our team at Accoravillage. As a key member of our dental office, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient experiences and driving business growth through effective marketing and patient engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Experience: Guide visitors through their initial appointment as a new patient, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
  • Marketing and Business Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to attract new patients, engage existing patients, and nurture referral sources.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate consultations, discuss patient concerns, and relay information to doctors and other team members.
  • Treatment Planning and Coordination: Review treatment options, present fees and payment options, and coordinate treatment plans with patients and doctors.
  • Social Media and Marketing: Develop and implement social media and marketing campaigns to drive new patient demand and engage existing patients.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1+ years of dental or orthodontic office experience, with a focus on patient experience and marketing.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to multi-task, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
