Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Relationship Manager to join our Agriculture team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the Agriculture industry, providing them with expert financial advice and solutions to help them achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and acquire new clients in the Agriculture industry, leveraging your sales and business development skills to identify and pursue new opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing them with tailored financial solutions and advice to help them grow their businesses.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute client contact strategies, ensuring seamless delivery of financial solutions and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, using your expertise to identify new business opportunities and provide innovative solutions to clients.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and provide them with expert advice and guidance to help them achieve their business objectives.
Requirements
  • Commercial banking experience, with a strong understanding of the Agriculture industry and its financial needs.
  • Proven track record in sales and business development, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Strong credit skills, including risk assessment and financial analysis, with the ability to present complex financial information to clients.
  • Specialized industry expertise in Agriculture, with a strong understanding of the industry's financial needs and trends.
  • Experience with emerging communications and technology, including web-based meetings and digital banking platforms.
