Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at R&D Developments Ltd. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel, motel, and resort properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
  • Inspect sites and facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for maintenance and cleaning services.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services such as painting, repair work, and renovations as needed.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist with administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Manual dexterity and ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
