Job Title: Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at Freedom Mobile. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our team, ensuring smooth execution of tasks, and providing guidance to team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and develop team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on team performance and progress.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of equipment and resolve any technical issues that may arise.
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to team members to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Coordinate and assign tasks to team members, reviewing their work to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed on equipment.
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operation.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
Work Environment:

As an Operations Supervisor at Freedom Mobile, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a large caseload. You will be required to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
