Position Overview:

Are you a Registered Nurse with a focus on long-term care seeking a rewarding position in the United States? We provide 2-year work authorizations with the possibility of indefinite renewal. Our team manages all aspects of immigration, credentialing, and certification for nurses, ensuring a smooth transition into your new role.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Sign-on bonus of $20,000.00
  • Relocation reimbursement of $5,000.00

- Candidates must possess a valid NCLEX certification.
- An English proficiency course such as PTE or IELTS may be required if your nursing education was conducted in a non-English speaking environment.


Role Responsibilities:

The RN will deliver and supervise patient-centered nursing care in long-term care facilities or private homes. This includes planning, coordinating, and documenting personalized care from admission through discharge. The RN will address the personal, physical, emotional, and social needs of both patients and caregivers as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications:
  • Current Registered Nurse Licensure is mandatory
  • Successful completion of the National Council Licensure Exam-RN (NCLEX-RN)
  • ACLS and American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications must be obtained within 6 months of employment
