Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Early Morning Replenishment Team Member to join our team at Michaels. As a key member of our store operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our store is fully stocked and ready for customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by helping customers find products and providing solutions to their shopping needs.
  • Ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience for all customers.
  • Unload trucks, stock merchandise, and maintain store recovery standards to meet our brand promises.
  • Assist with omnichannel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
  • Participate in merchandise recovery and maintenance, including the merchandise return/go back process and general store recovery.
  • Support shrink and safety programs, and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs.
  • Interact with colleagues in a respectful and positive manner, promoting a commitment to our organization's vision and values.
Requirements
  • Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to remain standing for long periods, move throughout the store, and perform regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
  • Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
Work Environment

Our store is a public retail setting with a climate-controlled environment. Some stock rooms may not be climate-controlled, and outdoor work may be required to retrieve shopping carts or unload trucks. The Frame shop contains glass cutters and heat presses, and work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
