Service Design Lead

The Service Designer position is a key role within our organization, responsible for driving the design of services that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders. This is a full-time position that may involve working across multiple projects, with a focus on delivering high-quality service design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Integrate human-centered design methods into service projects to ensure a user-centric approach.
- Document and analyze project outcomes, focusing on efficiency and accessibility.
- Evaluate user and employee experiences across multiple channels, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- 7+ years of experience in service design research and outputs.
- 7+ years of experience working within a cross-functional product team in an Agile environment.
- 2+ years of experience planning, conducting, and analyzing findings from qualitative field research.
- 3+ years of experience planning, conducting, and analyzing findings from co-design workshops with service users.
- 1+ year of experience planning, observing, analyzing, and reporting on usability testing of production or prototype systems.
- 2+ years of experience working as a Service Designer in a cross-functional team to deliver a digital service, including concept testing and service prototyping.
- 2+ years of experience working with change management, policy changes, staffing changes, or other organizational changes as part of service transformation and implementation.
- 2+ years of experience working as a Service Designer on projects comparable in size and complexity to service innovation, program review, or digital transformation projects.
