About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Its T-Shirt Time Ltd. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and engaging store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing advice and recommendations on merchandise.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain sales records for inventory control.
  • Store Operations: Assist in displaying merchandise, maintaining store appearance, and adhering to company standards.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support, and maintain a positive team dynamic.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Will train.
  • Work Setting: Clothing store, retail business.
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, kneeling, handling heavy loads, and standing for extended periods.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Positive attitude, dependability, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, and ability to multitask.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week. The language of work is English.
