Qualifications: Education, Training, and Experience

A level of education, training, and experience equivalent to a Master's Degree in a relevant health discipline and seven (7) years of pertinent experience, which includes two (2) years in quality enhancement and assessment, along with three (3) years in clinical service provision. A valid driver's license is required.

Skills and Abilities
  • Educational background in quality enhancement, with a certification in quality improvement or comparable training in the application of quality enhancement methodologies and tools.
  • Proficient in effective communication, both oral and written.
  • Capable of establishing and sustaining productive working relationships.
  • Skilled in self-managing time concerning deadlines and workload.
  • Competent in facilitating solution-oriented strategies through innovation and creativity.
  • Able to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team environment.
  • Demonstrates organizational values and principles.
  • Proficient in identifying, planning, and executing both small and large-scale projects.
  • Applies critical thinking to achieve optimal results.
  • Familiar with a variety of technological tools and software (e.g., PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, SharePoint).
  • Physically capable of performing the responsibilities of the position.
