We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Veterinary Assistant, Receptionist to join our team at North Shore Animal Hospital in North Vancouver, BC.
Key Responsibilities- Assist veterinary staff with various tasks and treatments, ensuring the highest level of care for our patients.
- Create a warm and welcoming environment for our clients and their pets, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Perform general housekeeping duties, maintaining a clean and organized reception area, pet holding areas, and common spaces.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with veterinary services and medical office procedures, expanding your knowledge and skills to provide exceptional support to our veterinary team.
- Previous experience in a veterinary or customer service role, with a strong focus on providing exceptional client care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional care and support.
