Client Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Development Manager to join our team at KeAnu Inc. This is a permanent position that requires a strong background in communication strategies, program evaluation, and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement communication strategies to engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of communication programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare written materials such as reports, briefs, and website content to support client engagement.
- Produce educational and publicity programs to raise awareness and interest in our services.
- Advise clients on advertising and sales promotion strategies to achieve their goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, such as brochures and newsletters, to promote our services.
- Coordinate special events and promotions to engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Gather and research information to develop communications materials that meet client needs.
- Provide ongoing support to clients after the sale to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as communications or marketing.
- Strong background in communication strategies, program evaluation, and implementation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Client-focused and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
