About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the **Executive Director of Restoration Services**. This is a critical role that will play a key part in driving our business forward and delivering exceptional results for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of our restoration services, including operational excellence, customer experience, and profitability.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team of professionals.
  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve profitability goals and drive growth.
  • Monitor financials and operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Collaborate with corporate personnel to drive business development and marketing initiatives.
  • Represent the company's vision, mission, and values, and ensure that all team members are aligned with these principles.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the restoration or construction industry.
  • Experience with financial statement analysis and budgeting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
