About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Technical Account Manager to join our team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). As a key member of our Enterprise Support organization, you will play a critical role in helping our customers achieve the greatest value from AWS.

As a Cloud Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to our customers, helping them to plan and build solutions using best practices. You will also be responsible for identifying and addressing customer needs, and developing strategies to drive adoption and use of AWS services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers, helping them to plan and build solutions using best practices.
  • Identify and address customer needs, and develop strategies to drive adoption and use of AWS services.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their business and technical requirements, and to develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure that customer needs are met and that AWS services are effectively promoted.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of technical engineering experience, with a focus on cloud computing and distributed systems.
  • Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for cloud-based systems.
  • Strong technical acumen, with a focus on cloud computing, networking, and security.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings.
  • Experience in internal enterprise or external customer-facing environment as a technical lead.
