Job Title: Strategic Development Program Coordinator

EMCO Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Strategic Development Program Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in facilitating communication and collaboration among teams, partners, and stakeholders to promote knowledge sharing and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor program performance against established metrics and targets, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends, issues, and best practices in international development, applying relevant knowledge to program design and implementation.
  • Manage social media marketing and presence for the development programs, ensuring effective communication and engagement.
  • Collaborate with regional managers and profit centre managers to develop program goals, objectives, and implementation plans.
  • Coordinate logistics and resources for program activities, including meetings, workshops, training sessions, and community events.
  • Lead the development of project timelines related to development programs, leveraging project management techniques for tracking and monitoring metrics, annual activities, individual development paths, internal resources, and expenditures/budgets.
  • Conduct research and gather data to support program planning, monitoring, and evaluation efforts.
  • Prepare program reports, presentations, and other communications materials for internal and external audiences.
  • Manage the social learning space for the Strategic Development Program within our system, updating documents, images, and content as required.
Requirements:
  • University degree or college diploma
  • Strong technical skills and comfort adapting to new technologies (i.e. LMS, ATS, MS Office, etc.)
  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, recruiting activities, event planning, and/or learning organizations.
  • Bilingual (English/French) Preferred
  • Patience to deliver semi-repetitive content and answer questions from a wide base of trainee knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently within a dynamic team, organize time among multiple tasks, work through processes and problem-solving for teammates in the field, and support our internal team in meeting deliverables.
