Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Hospitality Inn Hotel.
Job Summary:The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling room reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Service: Greet and assist guests, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Room Reservations: Process room reservations, cancellations, and changes in a timely and efficient manner.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and communicate with guests and colleagues in a clear and concise manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
The Front Desk Agent will work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
