Job Title: Pharmacy Aide

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Pharmacy Aide to join our team at Quadra Village Drug Mart.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify prescription information for accuracy
  • Enter client data into our database system
  • Provide support to our pharmacists in maintaining inventory and processing prescriptions
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of prescriptions and medications
  • Process third-party insurance claims
  • Assist in compounding oral solutions, ointments, and creams
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a pharmacy setting
  • Permanent employment
  • 35 to 40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency

  • Accurate and detail-oriented
  • Organized and able to multitask
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
