Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Barber Shop Manager to lead our team at Mr. Barber. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget and Inventory Management

Plan and control budget and inventory to ensure efficient operations and maximum profitability.

Staff Management

Hire, train, and supervise staff to maintain a high-performing team.

Customer Service

Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Operations Management

Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.

Work Environment

Our barbershop is a fast-paced environment where you will be required to work a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Work Experience

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Hours

30 hours per week.
