Financial Consultant Job Description

Markham Centre Financial Services Inc. is seeking a skilled Financial Consultant to join our team. As a Financial Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert financial advice to clients, analyzing their financial records, and developing personalized financial plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise clients on trust account investments and identify their financial goals and objectives.
  • Analyze clients' financial records and develop financial plans tailored to their needs.
  • Make recommendations on cash management, insurance coverage, investment planning, retirement, and estate planning.
  • Administer estate, personal, charitable, corporate, and other types of trusts, direct trust account investments, and receive and record investment income and disburse trust funds.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the field.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills, initiative, judgment, and ability to work as a team player.
Working Conditions:
  • Permanent work term.
  • English language required.
  • 35 hours per week.
