Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Rabba Fine Foods is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Respond to phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Office Operations: Ensure the smooth operation of our office, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Technology: Proficient in MS Office and other software applications, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
