Heavy Equipment Outside Parts Sales Representative

**Job Summary**
Brandt is seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Heavy Equipment Outside Parts Sales Representative for our Agriculture Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Agricultural parts and service, as well as providing after-sales support to existing and new customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- **Parts and Service Sales**: Promote and sell Agricultural parts and service to customers, with a focus on increasing sales and revenue.
- **Territory Management**: Develop and implement a territory plan to maximize sales potential and expand the customer base.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with management to meet budget goals and achieve business objectives.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of customer and fleet accounts.
- **Other Duties**: Perform other duties as assigned by management.
**Requirements**
- **Industry Knowledge**: Extensive knowledge of heavy equipment parts, operations, and industry trends.
- **Decision Making**: Strong decision-making skills to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage time effectively to meet sales targets and customer needs.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong customer relationships.
- **Travel**: Ability to travel within the territory and work flexible hours.
- **Certifications**: Valid Driver's License and clean driver's abstract.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- **Sales Experience**: 2-3 years of previous sales experience in a similar role.
- **Industry Expertise**: Extensive knowledge of heavy equipment parts, operations, and industry trends.
- **Decision Making**: Strong decision-making skills to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage time effectively to meet sales targets and customer needs.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong customer relationships.
