Job Title: Autism Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Autism Support Worker to join our team at the Geneva Centre for Autism. As a key member of our community service organization, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement behavior management programs to promote positive outcomes for clients
  • Assist clients with special needs in a noisy and dynamic work setting
  • Perform administrative tasks to support program operations
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Non-violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) Certificate
  • CPR Certificate
  • Ability to work under pressure in a physically demanding environment
