Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Fairy Sweet. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and pastries.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare dough and batters for a range of sweet goods, including cakes, cookies, and muffins.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Operate machinery and ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
- Prepare special orders and ensure that all products are presented in a visually appealing manner.
- 1-2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- College, CEGEP, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
