Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Pandora. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and assistant managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of sales associates and assistant managers to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase customer engagement.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Collaborate with the divisional sales manager and human resource generalist to identify and resolve performance issues and policy violations.
- Utilize your business acumen and analytical skills to drive sales growth and improve store performance.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment.
- Results-oriented leader with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers and team members at all levels.
- Business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to drive sales growth and improve store performance.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, KWI, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems.
