Job Title: Banking Advisor

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Banking Advisor at Banque Nationale. As a Banking Advisor, you will have the opportunity to assist clients with their banking needs, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the success of our financial institution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with inquiries and transactions
  • Provide guidance on banking products and services, including loans, credit cards, and investments
  • Listen to customer needs and resolve complex financial situations
  • Offer financial advice and solutions for individuals and businesses
  • Build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and engagement through excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Refer customers to specialized colleagues when needed, such as financial planners or investment advisors
  • Adhere to compliance rules and risk management guidelines to ensure the security of customer information and the integrity of our financial institution

Requirements:

  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field, such as finance or business
  • Customer service experience with an inclusive and empathetic attitude
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Interest in technology and knowledge sharing, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
  • Adaptability to different situations and a flexible approach to work
