Position Overview:

As an integral part of our team, the Service Advisor plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency within our automotive service department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing and documenting customer service needs for maintenance and repairs.
  • Welcoming customers with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Providing tailored service experiences that align with our brand values.
  • Working closely with technicians to evaluate service requirements.
  • Creating and managing repair orders while maintaining accurate records.
  • Offering service recommendations along with cost estimates.
  • Conducting road tests to understand and address customer concerns.
  • Ensuring that customer satisfaction levels are consistently met.
  • Achieving departmental production goals for repair orders.
  • Carrying out additional service-related tasks as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid Ontario Driver's License with a clean driving history.
  • Preferred experience of 2-5 years in a service advisory role.
  • Familiarity with CDK software is advantageous.
  • Strong customer service orientation with effective sales skills.
  • Proficient computer skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Employment Type: Full-Time - Permanent

Compensation: $50,000 - $80,000 annually
