About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at Sunny Side Up. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and serving high-quality meals to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Plan and prepare menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our customers.
  • Culinary Operations: Supervise and coordinate the preparation and serving of meals, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards.
  • Staff Management: Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies and equipment as needed to ensure that the kitchen is well-stocked and efficient.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees

Support for Youths

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
