Warehouse Team Member Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Equation Staffing Solutions. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, identifying and preparing orders for shipment, and maintaining a clean and tidy workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading trucks in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Inspecting orders for any flaws or damage and preparing them for shipment.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including sweeping and organizing as needed.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of general warehouse experience.
  • Experience loading and unloading shipments.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift cases up to 50 lbs. as needed.
  • Must have steel-toed boots.
