About Our Opportunity

Positions are based in the Central Region and report to the Chief Crown Attorney. Responsibilities include providing competent prosecution services, advising law enforcement, and conducting prosecutions as directed.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants must be practicing members of the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society (or eligible) with a solid understanding of criminal procedures and law. A minimum of one year of related experience is required.

Travel throughout the province may be necessary for case prosecutions.
