Job Summary

Lufa Farms is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Partnership Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing partners, and promoting our services to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a prospecting and canvassing plan to identify new business opportunities and establish partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing partners, ensuring their success and growth.
  • Represent Lufa Farms at events, promote our services, and sign up new customers to our weekly baskets.
  • Coordinate sales booth setup and takedown, and prepare reports following each event.
  • Assist the Sales Manager in all related tasks, including making follow-up calls to customers and maintaining sales statistics.

Requirements

  • Bilingualism (French and English) is a must.
  • A car and a valid driver's license are required.
  • Availability to visit current and potential partners is essential.
  • Effective and friendly communication skills are necessary.
  • A proactive mindset, resilience, and optimism are required.
  • Result-oriented and available to work on weekends.
  • Sales experience is an asset.
