Job Title: Business Process Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Analyst to join our team at Everpresence Haven Inc. As a Business Process Analyst, you will play a key role in identifying and implementing process improvements that drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Confer with clients to understand their business requirements and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business needs.
  • Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support system implementation.
  • Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
  • Assess business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in business process analysis or related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
